South Korea

South Korea has one post so far, from a thirteen-day trip to Seoul in July 2023. The food scene there operates on a different logic than Japan or Thailand: restaurants are cheaper, portions are larger, and the expectation is that you'll order multiple small dishes and share them. The subway system is faster than Tokyo's and easier to navigate. We came for two weeks and ran out of things we hadn't already tried by day ten.
