Holafly Discount Code 2026: ADAMANDLINDS (5-10% Off, Tested)

The Holafly discount code is ADAMANDLINDS. It takes 5% off destination and regional eSIMs and 10% off Holafly Plans subscriptions, it works in every Holafly destination, and it is not limited to your first order. We applied it at Holafly's checkout on July 25, 2026 and the screenshot below shows the discounted total.

We rate Holafly 4.5 out of 5 and we do recommend it, with one condition. If you are crossing borders, it is the fastest way we have found to land in a new country with five phones already online. If you are sitting still in one country for a month or more, a local SIM costs less, and the second list below says exactly when to skip it.

We are Adam and Lindsay, and we have traveled full time with our three daughters since May 2022. In that time we have been to more than 30 countries, spent over 300 days in Japan across 13 trips, more than 300 days in Thailand, and we are currently four months into a stay in Da Nang, Vietnam. Everything on this page comes from orders we placed and paid for ourselves.

How we keep this page current

Our Unlimited Plans subscription is active right now in Da Nang, so this is a product we are still paying for rather than one we tried once. We re-apply the code at Holafly's checkout each month instead of assuming it still works, and the date at the top of this page is the last time we actually did that, not the last time we edited a sentence. When something stops being true, such as a price change or a code that fails, we change it here rather than writing a new post.

That is 19 countries, not a list of everywhere Holafly covers but the places we have actually run it. How to apply the code at checkout

Destination eSIM or monthly Plan?

Holafly calls itself the world's first international mobile operator, and Plans is the product that makes the claim. One eSIM, 160+ destinations, a fixed monthly fee, hotspot included, no roaming surprises.

When a destination eSIM is the better buy

For a single vacation with fixed dates, buy the destination eSIM. You pay once, you know the number before you go, and there is no subscription to remember to cancel when you get home. This is what we would tell a first-time traveler doing two weeks in Japan and nothing else that year.

When the subscription wins

For anyone crossing borders more than three or four times a year, the subscription math starts winning. Four separate destination eSIMs bought across a year usually cost more than twelve months of Plans, and you stop re-buying every time the itinerary changes. Is there a 20% or 30% Holafly code?

No, and any page telling you otherwise is worth being suspicious of. Every working Holafly creator code, including ours, gives the same 5% on eSIMs and 10% on Plans. The code you enter mostly decides which creator gets credited for the sale, not how much you save.

Bigger discounts do exist, in exactly two forms: Holafly's own seasonal sales, like Black Friday, which appear on their homepage and do not stack with codes, and the annual Plans billing discount described above.

The honest downsides

Holafly pays us a commission, which is exactly why this section exists. Below the fit question of who should buy, these are the specific limitations we have run into ourselves, and there are more in our full write-up on the disadvantages.

• Price. A destination eSIM often costs two to four times what a local SIM does. We live in Da Nang, and for a multi-month stay in one country a local carrier plan beats any travel eSIM on price.
• Data only on most products. Destination eSIMs and the Light Plan have no phone number, so some local apps and services that require one will not register. The Unlimited Plan adds a US, UK, or Canada number, but it receives SMS only and cannot make calls or send texts.
• Fair use on unlimited. Unlimited products carry fair-use policies and network management, so speeds can drop after heavy use in some destinations.
• Hotspot caps. Many destination eSIMs limit hotspot to a daily allowance, which matters for families sharing one connection.
• Coverage is the local network's. Holafly rides partner networks, so a weak-signal valley stays a weak-signal valley. Ours dropped out on the mountain road up to Ba Na Hills the same way every other phone on the bus did.
• Refunds tighten after install. Once an eSIM is installed the refund policy gets restrictive, so double-check your dates and destination before buying.

What changed in 2026

Plans became the default rather than the niche option

At $64.90 a month for unlimited across 160+ destinations, the subscription now undercuts buying four or five separate destination eSIMs a year, which is roughly our travel pattern. A year ago we were still recommending destination eSIMs to most people. Now the question we ask first is how many countries you are visiting, and the full breakdown is in our Plans review.

Annual billing takes 15% off Plans

The annual discount on Holafly Plans is 15%. Stacked with the ADAMANDLINDS code that lands at about 23.5% off the standard monthly rate. Annual billing is the cheaper route for anyone keeping a subscription across the year.

Always On arrived as the safety net

It gives 1GB a month in 150+ destinations even after a subscription is cancelled, which changed how we think about pausing between trips. Cancelling no longer means going fully dark on arrival somewhere, and that removed most of the reason we used to keep paying through months at home.

The China eSIM picked up a built-in VPN

This is the upgrade that mattered most to us. A China trip used to mean installing and testing a VPN on five devices while still at home and hoping it survived the border. In Shanghai in September 2025 we landed, turned the phones on, and Google, WhatsApp and Gmail worked.
